LOWELL, INDIANA – Following its acquisition by FRC Global in November 2024, Alltherm has entered a new chapter of growth and innovation under the leadership of Jake Pedretti, director of operation. Jake now oversees daily operations for both FRC Global and its subsidiary, Alltherm, ensuring efficient commercial and manufacturing processes and the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Jake brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing and operational management, with a career spanning engineering, plant leadership, and quality systems. Prior to joining FRC Global, he held key roles at Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators, Trillium Flow Technologies, and Chart Industries, including a multi-year expat assignment in China. His background in streamlining supplier relationships and driving shop efficiency makes him a natural fit to lead Alltherm into its next phase.
